David Resurface provides pool resurfacing, renovation, and related services in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Pool resurfacing (Pebble Tec, quartz, plaster)
  • Pool tile replacement
  • Cool Deck resurfacing
  • Pool equipment services
  • Water feature repair

Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation
  • Final pricing is based on actual project scope and conditions
  • Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Additional work discovered during the project will be discussed and approved before proceeding

Scheduling and Access

  • Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or other factors
  • Customer must provide clear access to the pool area during the project
  • Pets and children should be kept away from the work area for safety
  • We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible

Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project date
  • Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Final payment is due upon project completion

Warranty

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties:

  • Workmanship warranty covers installation defects
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used
  • Warranty terms are specified in your service agreement
  • Warranty does not cover damage from improper maintenance, chemical abuse, or acts of nature

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their pool and property
  • Maintain proper water chemistry after resurfacing
  • Follow our post-project care instructions
  • Not drain the pool without our approval during the curing period
  • Report any concerns promptly

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, David Resurface shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damage to property not directly related to our work
  • Issues arising from pre-existing pool conditions not disclosed
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance after project completion

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before scheduled start date: full deposit refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before start: deposit may be forfeited
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the site
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
